AKAI Solutions is an IT consulting business serving small and mid-sized organizations in Calgary, across Alberta and throughout Canada.

We want everyone — including people with disabilities — to be able to use our website and learn about our services. We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

What we do

• use semantic headings, landmarks and a "skip to content" link for screen reader and keyboard users;
• support full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators;
• design for sufficient colour contrast in both light and dark modes;
• provide text alternatives for meaningful images and accessible names for icon buttons;
• respect your operating system's "reduce motion" setting by minimizing animation; and
• build responsive layouts that work with browser zoom and on mobile devices.

Known limitations

Some embedded third-party tools, such as the booking calendar, map and chat widget, are provided by other companies and may not fully meet our accessibility standards. "AKAI Solutions", our logo and the tagline "Where AI meets business growth" identify our business. Please don't use them in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without our written permission.

Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Google, Gemini, Odoo, SAP, QuickBooks, Pipedrive, Anthropic, Claude, OpenAI, GPT, Zapier, Make, n8n, Calendly and other product names and logos on this Site are trademarks of their respective owners. We reference them to describe the platforms we work with. Unless expressly stated, AKAI Solutions is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by these companies.

Our website, articles and resources provide general information about technology and business operations. They are not legal, accounting, tax, financial or cybersecurity advice for your specific situation.

Case studies, success stories, scenarios, statistics and savings estimates illustrate outcomes that are possible with the right approach. Some are anonymized, simplified or composite examples, and industry figures reflect typical ranges. They are not promises or guarantees: results depend on each organization's processes, data, tools, budget and adoption.

7.Email communications and CASL

We comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We send commercial electronic messages, such as newsletters or event invitations, only when we have your express or implied consent as permitted by law.

• every commercial message identifies AKAI Solutions and includes our contact information;
• every commercial message includes a simple unsubscribe mechanism, and we honour requests within 10 business days; and
• transactional messages you request — such as meeting confirmations, proposals and project updates — are sent as part of our service.

8.AI and automated tools

As an AI consulting company, we use AI responsibly in our own business, and we believe in being transparent about it:

• Website chat: the chat assistant on our Site is automated and powered by a third-party AI platform. You can ask to speak with a person at any time.
• Content: we may use AI tools to assist with research, outlines and drafts of articles and other content.
• Client projects: when we deploy AI for clients, we design for human oversight, data minimization, audit logging and privacy compliance.

We never use personal information submitted through our Site to train public AI models.

9.Security and responsible disclosure

We protect our Site with HTTPS, security headers, access controls and regular updates. If you believe you've found a security vulnerability, please email info@akaisolutions.ca with the subject "Security report" and a description of the issue.

Please give us reasonable time to investigate and fix the issue before sharing it publicly, and avoid accessing, changing or deleting data that isn't yours, degrading the Site or using automated scanning. We appreciate good-faith reports and will acknowledge them.
